主に富良野市内・近郊エリアの不動産仲介の営業活動
Real estate brokerage sales works mainly in Furano and nearby
[ 資格 / 経験 Qualifications / Experience ] 宅地建物取引士 不動産売買仲介業務経験３年以上
普通自動車免許（AT限定可）運転経験３年以上 TOEIC 860点以上の英会話力 Certified Real Estate Notary qualification holder
At least 3 years experience in real estate brokerage business
Regular driver’s license (AT only ok) with at least 3 years of driving experience
TOEIC score of 860 or above in English conversation
[ 勤務時間 Working hours ] 9:00〜18:00（休憩１時間 / 実働 8時間） (1 hour break / 8 hours actual work)
[ 休日 Holidays ] 週休２日制（年間休日１２０日程度） ※土日に仕事がある場合には、平日に振替 2 days off per week (about 120 days off per year)
* If you have to work on Saturdays or Sundays, you may take a weekday off.
[ 給与 Salary ] 年収400 – 600万円（月給・営業手当等） 月給260,000円＋諸手当
試用期間最長６カ月有り / 月給220,000円 + 諸手当
不動産売買仲介等売上に対しての営業手当有り Expected annual salary 4 – 6 million yen (monthly salary and sales allowance, etc.)
Monthly salary 260,000 yen + various allowances
Trial period of up to 6 months : 220,000 yen/month + various allowances
Sales allowance for real estate brokerage sales
